6 tbsp Butter - unsalted
5 cloves Garlic - minced
2 tbsp Lemon juice - fresh
1 tbsp Lemon zest - grated

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine all Garlic Herb Butter ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pat Salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Place Salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the Garlic Herb Butter evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
