Garlic Butter Baked Salmon
A slightly more refined version of classic baked salmon, featuring fresh herbs and a brighter lemon flavor.

Salmon fillets - 6 oz each, skin on
6 tbsp
Butter - unsalted
5 cloves
Garlic - minced
2 tbsp
Lemon juice - fresh
1 tbsp
Lemon zest - grated

A slightly more refined version of classic baked salmon, featuring fresh herbs and a brighter lemon flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine all Garlic Herb Butter ingredients and mix well.
- Pat Salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place Salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Garlic Herb Butter evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
