1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 cup Butter
6 cloves Garlic-minced

Simple and flavorful chicken thighs cooked in a classic garlic butter sauce. A quick and easy weeknight meal.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Chicken with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
  4. Add Garlic to the melted Butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add Chicken Thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip Chicken Thighs and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, and Dried Thyme over the Chicken.
  8. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
