1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika

Chicken thighs with a more complex garlic butter sauce, featuring fresh herbs and a touch of white wine.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Chicken with Salt, Black Pepper, and Paprika.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
  4. Add Garlic to the melted Butter and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  6. Add Chicken Thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip Chicken Thighs and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Pour Soy Sauce and Lemon Juice over the Chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley and Fresh Thyme.
  10. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
