Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in Lemon Juice, Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley, and Black Pepper. Remove from heat.
- Arrange Oysters: Place Oysters on a baking sheet, cupped side up. Ensure the baking sheet is level.
- Top with Garlic Butter: Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of Garlic Butter over each Oyster.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until Oysters open and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
