Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in Lemon Juice, Red Pepper Flakes, Parsley, Chives, and Black Pepper. Remove from heat.
Arrange Oysters: Place Oysters on a baking sheet, cupped side up. Ensure the baking sheet is level.
Top with Garlic Herb Butter: Spoon approximately 1.5 tablespoons of Garlic Herb Butter over each Oyster.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Oysters open and the sauce is bubbly.
Finish: Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges, if desired.
