Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
- While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Deglaze the pan with White Wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
- Stir in Heavy Cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low.
- Add Parmesan Cheese, Pasta Water, Red Pepper Flakes, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper to the skillet. Whisk to combine and create a sauce.
- Gently fold in Lobster Meat and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the drained Pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with Fresh Chives and serve immediately.
