Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Deglaze the pan with White Wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
  5. Stir in Heavy Cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Add Parmesan Cheese, Pasta Water, Red Pepper Flakes, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper to the skillet. Whisk to combine and create a sauce.
  7. Gently fold in Lobster Meat and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add the drained Pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with Fresh Chives and serve immediately.
