Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add Pasta Water, Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Black Pepper to the skillet. Whisk to combine and create a sauce.
  5. Add the drained Pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Stir in Fresh Parsley and Fresh Chives.
  7. Serve immediately.
