
Garlic Butter Salmon

Salmon fillets - 6 oz each, skin on or off
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
4 tbsp
Butter - unsalted
4 cloves
Garlic - minced

A simple and flavorful salmon dish with a classic garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season Salmon fillets with Salt and Black pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in Lemon juice.
- Place Salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour Garlic Butter Sauce over the Salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with Fresh parsley before serving.
