Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season Salmon fillets with Sea salt and Black pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.
- Stir in Lemon juice, Fresh parsley, and Fresh thyme.
- Place Salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour Garlic Herb Butter Sauce over the Salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
