Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Salmon fillets with Sea salt and Black pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the pan with White wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly reduced.
  5. Stir in Lemon juice, Fresh parsley, and Fresh thyme.
  6. Place Salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Pour Garlic Herb Butter Sauce over the Salmon fillets.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
