Instructions
Prepare Polenta: Bring Chicken Broth to a boil in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in Polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently, until creamy. Stir in Heavy Cream and Parmesan Cheese. Keep warm.
Bloom Saffron: In a small bowl, steep Saffron Threads in 2 tbsp of warm water for 10 minutes.
Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in Calabrian Chili Paste and bloomed Saffron with its liquid. Cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in White Wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate.
Add Shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Stir in Lemon Juice, Fleur de Sel, and Freshly Ground Black Pepper.
Prepare Gremolata: Combine all Gremolata ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve Shrimp over creamy Polenta, garnished with Gremolata.
