Instructions
- Season Steak with Salt.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
- Add Steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until a deep crust forms.
- Reduce heat to medium and add Butter to the skillet. Once melted, add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with Dry Sherry, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon Mustard to the skillet and stir to combine. This is your Garlic Butter Sauce.
- Toss the Steak Bites in the Garlic Butter Sauce to coat.
- Transfer Steak Bites to a serving dish and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
- Sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt and serve immediately.
