Instructions
  1. Season Steak with Salt.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot.
  3. Add Steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until a deep crust forms.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add Butter to the skillet. Once melted, add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with Dry Sherry, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
  6. Add Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, and Dijon Mustard to the skillet and stir to combine. This is your Garlic Butter Sauce.
  7. Toss the Steak Bites in the Garlic Butter Sauce to coat.
  8. Transfer Steak Bites to a serving dish and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
  9. Sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt and serve immediately.
