Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring Chicken Broth to a boil.
  2. Gradually whisk in Grits, reduce heat to low, and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until grits are tender.
  3. In a separate small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Stir Garlic Butter, Milk, Salt, and Pepper into the cooked grits.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
