Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the Garlic head, drizzle with Olive Oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until soft and caramelized.
Let the roasted garlic cool slightly, then squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a medium bowl.
Add the softened Butter to the bowl with the roasted garlic.
Add all Herb Blend ingredients to the bowl.
Incorporate all Seasoning ingredients.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients until well combined. Transfer to parchment paper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
