Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled.
- Make the Black Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine minced Black Garlic, melted Butter, and Chives.
- Punch down the dough and roll it into a long rope, about 1 inch thick.
- Cut the rope into 8 equal pieces.
- Tie each piece into a knot.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the knots generously with the Black Garlic Butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with White Truffle Oil and sprinkle with Flaky Sea Salt before serving warm.
