Instructions
- Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain Potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add Dairy ingredients (Milk, Butter, and Sour Cream) and Flavorings (Garlic, Salt, and Pepper) to the pot.
- Mash Potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately.
