Garlic Noodles
A richer and more complex garlic noodle dish with the addition of Parmesan cheese and a touch of red pepper flakes for heat.

A richer and more complex garlic noodle dish with the addition of Parmesan cheese and a touch of red pepper flakes for heat.
Instructions
- Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- While noodles are cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the wine has reduced slightly.
- Stir in Heavy Cream and Parmesan Cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
- Add the cooked Noodles to the skillet with the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve immediately.
