1 lb Linguine
1/3 cup Olive Oil
8 cloves Garlic-minced
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
1/2 cup Heavy Cream

A richer and more complex garlic noodle dish with the addition of Parmesan cheese and a touch of red pepper flakes for heat.
Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. While noodles are cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the wine has reduced slightly.
  5. Stir in Heavy Cream and Parmesan Cheese. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
  7. Add the cooked Noodles to the skillet with the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  8. Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve immediately.
