Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
