Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and toss with Chicken strips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, whisk together eggs.
  3. In another shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
  4. Remove Chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Dip each strip into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  5. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Carefully place Chicken tenders in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. While Chicken is frying, prepare the Aioli: In a small bowl, combine all Aioli ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Remove Chicken tenders from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with Lemon-Garlic Aioli.
