Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, combine Chicken Wings, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, and Paprika. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Bake Chicken for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through. Alternatively, fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While Chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine melted Butter, minced Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, Parsley, Chives, Lemon Juice, and Red Pepper Flakes (if using).
  5. Once Chicken is cooked, transfer to a large bowl and pour Sauce over top. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately.
