Instructions
  1. Preheat oven with a pizza stone to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Stretch the Dough very thinly and place on a lightly floured pizza peel.
  3. To make the Garlic Parmesan Cream, blend Crème Fraîche, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Roasted Garlic, Butter, and White Pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the Garlic Parmesan Cream evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Scatter the Fior di Latte Mozzarella and Kirby Pickles over the sauce.
  6. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and dot with Calabrian Chili Paste.
  7. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the crust is puffed and charred in spots and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Pecorino Romano and Fresh Parsley, and serve immediately.
