1 lb Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
5 tbsp Butter
5 cloves Garlic-minced
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese-grated
1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
  1. Steam or roast Asparagus until tender-crisp.
  2. Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add Shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  5. Deglaze the pan with Dry White Wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Heavy Cream, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Black Pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve shrimp and sauce over Asparagus. Garnish with Fresh Parsley.
