Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep.
  3. In a saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour half of the Glaze over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scores.
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, basting with the remaining Glaze every 30 minutes.
  6. The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
