Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Cake Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Lavender Buds.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream together the browned butter and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, then stir in the milk and orange blossom water.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Prepare the Honey Glaze: Whisk together Powdered Sugar, Honey, and Warm Water until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
