Grand-Mère Genevieve's Lavender Honey Cake
A comforting and fragrant cake infused with lavender and honey, reminiscent of a French grandmother's baking.

A comforting and fragrant cake infused with lavender and honey, reminiscent of a French grandmother's baking.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
- Gradually add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
