  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

  4. Beat in the Large Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Vanilla Extract.

  6. Gently fold in the diced Quince, Sliced Almonds, and Almond Extract.
