Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Saffron Beurre Blanc: In a saucepan, reduce White Wine and Shallots over medium heat until almost dry. Add Heavy Cream and Saffron Threads. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low and whisk in cold Butter, one cube at a time, until emulsified and sauce is smooth and glossy. Season with Fleur de Sel and White Pepper.
  4. Blanch Artichoke Hearts in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well.
  5. Arrange Artichoke Hearts and Oysters in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Pour the Saffron Beurre Blanc evenly over the Oysters and Artichoke Hearts.
  7. Prepare the Gratin Topping: In a small bowl, combine Panko Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, and Chives.
  8. Sprinkle the Gratin Topping over the gratin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
