Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in Nutmeg, Cheddar Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Arrange Artichoke Hearts and Oysters in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the Cheese Sauce evenly over the Oysters and Artichoke Hearts.
- Prepare the Breadcrumb Topping: In a small bowl, combine Breadcrumbs and melted Butter.
- Sprinkle the Breadcrumb Topping over the gratin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
