Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to create a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Sherry and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in Nutmeg, Gruyere Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Arrange Artichoke Hearts and Oysters in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Pour the Cheese Sauce evenly over the Oysters and Artichoke Hearts.
  7. Prepare the Breadcrumb Topping: In a small bowl, combine Panko Breadcrumbs, melted Butter, and Parsley.
  8. Sprinkle the Breadcrumb Topping over the gratin.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
