  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before frosting.
  7. To make the Glaze, whisk together all Glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
