10 cups Cubed day-old white bread
1 cup Onion-chopped
2 stalks Celery-chopped
2 tbsp Fresh sage-chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the Sausage over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add the Onion and Celery to the skillet with the sausage and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Bread, cooked Sausage mixture, Sage, Thyme, Salt, and Pepper.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Chicken broth and Melted butter. Pour over the bread mixture and stir gently to combine.
  6. Add the beaten Egg and mix well.
  7. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
