Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the All-purpose flour and Salt. Gradually add the Warm water, Vegetable oil, and White vinegar, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the Apples, Cranberries, Granulated sugar, Breadcrumbs, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the Strudel: On a large, clean surface covered with a clean cloth, roll out the Dough into a large, thin rectangle (approximately 16x20 inches). Brush the dough with the melted Butter. Spread the Filling evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  4. Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the long sides, to form a strudel. Pinch the ends to seal.
  5. Place the strudel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the Glaze: While the strudel is baking, whisk together the Milk and Granulated sugar in a small bowl.
  7. Brush the warm strudel with the Glaze. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
