1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt

A more refined green chile cheeseburger with a slightly spicier sauce and higher-quality ingredients.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Prepare the Green Chile Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Yellow onion and cook until softened, about 7 minutes. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Stir in Diced green chiles, Chicken broth, Cumin, and Cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook the Burger Patties: Grill or pan-fry patties to desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place Pepper jack cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers: Spread Green Chile Sauce on both halves of the Brioche buns. Place a cheese-covered patty on the bottom bun, top with Shredded romaine lettuce, Tomato, and a dollop of Sour cream. Cover with the top bun and serve.
