Grilled Cheese Breadstick Skewers

A sophisticated appetizer featuring artisanal breadsticks, a blend of gourmet cheeses, and a sweet and savory fig jam glaze.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each Gruyere Cheese and Brie Cheese slice into four equal squares.
- Wrap each cheese square around a Breadstick, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
- Combine all Fig Jam Glaze ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Brush the Breadsticks with melted Butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Brush the baked Breadsticks with Fig Jam Glaze.
- Serve immediately.
