Instructions
  1. Spread Butter evenly on one side of each slice of Bread.
  2. Place one slice of Bread, butter-side down, in a cold skillet.
  3. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Place the second slice of Bread on top, butter-side up.
  5. Cook over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
