Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A slightly elevated grilled cheese featuring sharp cheddar and tangy sourdough bread.

Sourdough Bread
2.5 slices
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1.5 tbsp
Butter
1 tsp
Dijon Mustard
A slightly elevated grilled cheese featuring sharp cheddar and tangy sourdough bread.
Instructions
- Spread Dijon Mustard on one side of each slice of Sourdough Bread.
- Spread Butter evenly on the other side of each slice of Bread.
- Place one slice of Bread, butter-side down, in a cold skillet.
- Top with Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
- Place the second slice of Bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 4-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
