Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Elk Patties ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 equal-sized slider patties.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the elk patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F / 71°C).
  5. During the last minute of grilling, place Cheddar Cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. While patties are grilling, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  7. Lightly toast the Slider Buns.
  8. Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun.
  9. Place an elk patty on the bottom bun, top with Onion slices and Pickle Slices, and cover with the top bun. Serve immediately.
