Instructions
- Roast the Garlic: Wrap the Garlic in foil with a drizzle of olive oil and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until soft and golden.
- Halve the Avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash the Avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
- Add the Aromatics (onion, roasted garlic, and jalapeño) to the bowl.
- Pour in the Citrus & Herbs (lime juice and cilantro).
- Add the Spices (cumin).
- Season with the Seasoning (salt and pepper).
- Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
