A step up from the classic, this guacamole incorporates roasted garlic and a touch of cumin for added depth of flavor.
Instructions
  1. Roast the Garlic: Wrap the Garlic in foil with a drizzle of olive oil and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until soft and golden.
  2. Halve the Avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  3. Mash the Avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
  4. Add the Aromatics (onion, roasted garlic, and jalapeño) to the bowl.
  5. Pour in the Citrus & Herbs (lime juice and cilantro).
  6. Add the Spices (cumin).
  7. Season with the Seasoning (salt and pepper).
  8. Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
