Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Sauce by combining melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir well.
Slice the King’s Rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
Layer the bottom halves of the rolls with sliced ham and Swiss cheese.
Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the Sauce mixture.
Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over the sauced rolls.
Place the assembled sliders in a baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the rolls are golden brown.
Serve immediately.
