  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Caramelize the Yellow Onion: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and caramelized. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce by combining melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir well.
  4. Slice the King’s Rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
  5. Layer the bottom halves of the rolls with caramelized onions, sliced ham, and Swiss cheese.

  7. Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over the sauced rolls.
