Ham Macaroni Salad
A sophisticated macaroni salad featuring artisanal ham, fresh herbs, and a bright, flavorful lemon-dill dressing.

A sophisticated macaroni salad featuring artisanal ham, fresh herbs, and a bright, flavorful lemon-dill dressing.
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and immediately shock in ice water to stop cooking. Drain well and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- In a large bowl, gently combine Pasta, Ham, Celery, Red Onion, Cornichons, and Dill.
- Pour Dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
