Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all Aioli ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, gently combine all Beef with all Seasoning. Do not overmix.
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or longer for desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place Gruyere cheese on top of each patty to melt.
Toast Artisanal pretzel buns lightly.
Assemble burgers with Arugula, Red onion, and Truffle Aioli.
