Instructions
- Cook Jasmine Rice according to package directions.
- Form Ground Chuck into two patties and season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce.
- Cook Hamburger Patties to desired doneness.
- While patties cook, prepare Gravy: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. Cook until thickened.
- Fry Eggs to desired doneness (sunny-side up is traditional).
- Divide cooked Rice between two plates. Top with a Hamburger Patty, then pour Gravy over the patty. Place two fried Eggs on top of the gravy.
- Garnish with chopped Green Onions. Serve immediately.
