Equipment: Large Skillet, Saucepan, Rice Cooker (optional), Whisk Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Cook Jasmine Rice according to package directions.
  2. Form Ground Chuck into two patties and season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce.
  3. Cook Hamburger Patties to desired doneness.
  4. While patties cook, prepare Gravy: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1 minute to create a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. Cook until thickened.
  6. Fry Eggs to desired doneness (sunny-side up is traditional).
  7. Divide cooked Rice between two plates. Top with a Hamburger Patty, then pour Gravy over the patty. Place two fried Eggs on top of the gravy.
  8. Garnish with chopped Green Onions. Serve immediately.
