Instructions
  1. Cook Rice: Rinse rice until water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and stir in Rice vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Furikake seasoning.
  2. Prepare Spam: Slice Spam into 12 equal slices.
  3. Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together Soy sauce, Brown sugar, Mirin, and Ginger.
  4. Cook Spam: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add Spam slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, brushing with Glaze during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Cut nori sheets into strips to wrap around the rice. Place a portion of rice onto each slider bun, wrap with nori, and top with a slice of glazed Spam. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
