  1. Combine the Dried lavender buds, Dried peppermint leaves, and Fresh ginger in a mug.
  2. Pour the Boiling water over the herbs and ginger.
  3. Let steep for 7 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea if desired. Add Maple syrup to taste. Garnish with Fresh mint, if desired.
