  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (246°C).
  2. To make the Sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  7. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
  11. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
