Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the Chicken with the Marinade ingredients and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the Chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring the Sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the Chicken from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
Pour the Sauce over the Chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Return the Chicken to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
