8 lbs Bone-in Ham
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Maple Syrup-pure
2 tbsp Bourbon
1/4 cup Brown Sugar-packed

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Place Ham in a large roasting pan.
  3. In a saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Brush half of the Glaze evenly over the Ham.
  5. Cover the Ham with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  6. Remove foil and brush with the remaining Glaze.
  7. Continue baking for another 15-30 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let Ham rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
