A slightly more refined honey glaze with the addition of maple syrup and bourbon for a deeper flavor profile. This version uses a spice blend for added complexity.

In a saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Brush half of the Glaze evenly over the Ham.
Cover the Ham with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Remove foil and brush with the remaining Glaze.
Continue baking for another 15-30 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly and caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let Ham rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Place Ham in a large roasting pan.
In a saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
