Mozzarella sticks with a more flavorful Cheeto crust and a smoky chipotle-infused ranch dipping sauce.
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cheese: Cut the Mozzarella Cheese into stick shapes and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Make Chipotle Ranch: Combine Ranch Dressing, minced Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, and Lime Juice in a small bowl. Stir well and refrigerate.
  3. Set up Breading Station: Place Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs in a shallow dish, beaten Eggs with Milk in a second dish, and crushed Hot Cheetos mixed with Parmesan Cheese in a third dish.
  4. Coat the Cheese Sticks: Dredge each frozen mozzarella stick in Bread Crumbs, then dip in Egg, and finally coat thoroughly with the Hot Cheeto mixture. Repeat for a thicker coating.
  5. Fry the Sticks: Heat Canola Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully fry the mozzarella sticks in batches for 45-60 seconds, or until golden brown and crispy.
