Instructions
  1. Prepare Crema: Combine Avocados, Black garlic, Lime juice, Crème fraîche, and Salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Smoked paprika, Aleppo pepper, Salt, and Black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare Sauce: Combine Wildflower honey, Gochujang, Black vinegar, and Fermented chili paste in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook Chicken: Sear Chicken in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Brush with the Sauce during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing Chicken on Potato slider buns and topping with Black Garlic Avocado Crema. Garnish with Micro cilantro. Serve immediately.
