Instructions
  1. Prepare Pickled Onions: Combine Red onion, Apple cider vinegar, Sugar, and Salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Cayenne pepper, Salt, and Black pepper.
  4. Bake Chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While Chicken is baking, prepare the Sauce by combining Honey, Sriracha, and Rice vinegar in a small bowl. Mix well.
  6. Prepare the Filling by mashing Avocados in a bowl. Stir in Red onion, Lime juice, and Salt.
  7. Once Chicken is cooked, brush with the Sauce.
  8. Assemble sliders by placing Chicken on Brioche slider buns and topping with Avocado Filling and Pickled Onions. Serve immediately.
